Shipping Carriers: Restoration Lighting Gallery will choose to ship your product through FedEx or LTL (less than truckload) freight depending on the size, weight or fragility of your item.
Shipping & Handling Fees: Shipping and handling fees for each order are based on the item(s), shipping material and the delivery destination.
Priority Shipping: Priority shipping is not offered as an option on the e-store. If you would like this service, please call Restoration Lighting Gallery at 860-493-2532 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. for rates and details.
Shipping Damage: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you incurred shipping damage please contact both the carrier and Restoration Lighting Gallery at 860-493-2532 within 24 hours. Keep all your packing materials. We will make every effort to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Vintage Lighting Quality Assurance Guarantee
The skilled craftsmen at Restoration Lighting Gallery first verify the mechanical integrity of vintage pieces through a thorough evaluation and testing process to assure that each fixture is working in all aspects. All pieces are re-wired, repaired and refurbished for safe installation and usage.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) to Restoration Lighting Gallery, you must contact us within 7 working days from date of delivery. Please call us at 860-493-2532 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and obtain approval before shipping the item to us. If your item is approved for return or exchange we will issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
**Products cannot be returned without an RGA number**

All returns are subject to a 35% Restocking Fee
Returns & Exchanges must be in original condition and packaging from when it was shipped with the sales invoice included. Returns must be shipped prepaid by you for us to accept it. Please handle and package the items very carefully. Products that have been installed are no longer in original condition and therefore can not be returned. Upon receipt, Restoration Lighting Gallery will determine if the product is in its original packaging and has not been installed. There will be no refund or exchange until a thorough inspection is complete. If there is an error on our part which warrants your return & exchange, we will pay all shipping costs. Otherwise, we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
In regard to vintage items, please note that because vintage items are almost always one-of-a-kind, it is impossible to exchange one for the same item. If you wish to exchange your vintage item for a similar item, please call us. Also, please see our list of exclusions for returns below.
Exclusions for Returns
- Any damage to finishes caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or exposure to weather or other corrosive elements.
- Fading, pilling, and shrinkage of fabric, or damage to fabrics caused by after-market stain repellents and cleaning products.
- Natural variation in texture and color of materials or fabric.
- Normal wear and tear, as well as weather-related damage.
- Custom made, altered, or made-to-order ceiling fixtures, table lamps, floor lamps or wall fixtures cannot be returned.
- Lamp shades may be returned only if the wrapping has not been removed.
