Art Deco is a visual arts design style that first appeared in France during the 1920’s and was popular throughout the 30’s and 40’s. Art Deco emerged from the Interwar period where there was rapid industrial growth. The result was a style that embraced technology with machine imagery and bold geometric shapes. In America, the Art Deco movement represented luxury, glamour and technological progress during the “roaring 20’s”.
At Restoration Lighting Gallery, the design of the 1930's comes to light. We have a constantly changing inventory of Art Deco pieces ranging from chandeliers, sconces to table and floor lamps.
